Google Earth files (available for MacOS X, Windows, and Linux) will display the solar eclipses' courses and boundaries throughout the Earth's surface (using 5MCSE Besselian elements from NASA/Fred GSFC's Espenak and Jean Meeus). The northern and southern umbral or antumbral borders of a solar eclipse are shown in pink, while the centre line is shown in blue. After nine years of operation, the content of those files was updated in mid-2013 and synced with the one generated by my "Five Millennium Canon of Solar Eclipses" application. The "dynamic local conditions forecasts at the click's location," a feature accessible on my interactive Google maps, cannot be implemented in their current form since the Google Earth client program lacks a mechanism for obtaining the current pointer position. However, by clicking on the framed cross-hair cursor that is always situated in the view's center, you will acquire information about the local conditions at that point (have a look at this sample). The Five Millennium Canon of Solar Eclipses Database provides access to all eclipses occurring between 1999 and 3000 and enables you to produce those files on your own.

On June 21, sky watchers will experience the magnificent Solar eclipse, when the moon passes between the Earth and the Sun, fully or partly blocking Earth's view of the Sun. It will be the year's first solar eclipse, with the next occurring on December 14, 2020. Depending on weather circumstances, the celestial event will be visible from most of Asia, Africa, the Pacific, the Indian Ocean, and portions of Europe and Australia. The solar eclipse will begin at 9:15 a.m. IST and will last until 3:04 a.m. IST, with the eclipse peaking at 12:10 p.m. While the moon passes in front of the sun over many minutes, the complete eclipse may last less than a second.
Continue to Mahabalipuram, also known as Mamallapuram, a historic harbor city. Stop for lunch on way at a coastal resort. You will explore Mahabalipuram's famed carved rock structures, temples, and caverns upon your arrival. Additionally, you will view the Shore Temple, which was created in honor of Lord Shiva. Unlike many other temples that were cut from a single granite rock, the Shore Temple was constructed using individual granite pieces. The Shore Temple's design is noteworthy since it is the oldest example of a stone-built temple in South India. Take a half-day tour of Chennai, which includes a visit to the Victoria Art Gallery, which holds a unique collection of sculptures representing the life of Buddha. Additionally, you will visit the Bronze Gallery, which has an extraordinary collection of Chola bronzes ranging in height from two inches to two feet, all of which are exquisitely designed, sophisticated, and dramatic. Following that, pay a visit to the Chennai Museum, which was founded in 1857. It has India's finest collection of ancient and contemporary South Indian bronzes. There are further galleries devoted to geology, zoology, anthropology, and botany in the museum.
