Apply two black confetti sprinkles as eyes, one orange M&M as a nose, two orange leaf or star sprinkles as feet, and two yellow M&M as wings using your food-safe tweezers. If your M&Ms are slipping off the top of your cake pop, your candy coating is definitely too thin. Attempt to delay joining these items a bit longer.
