Most likely not. Blue World Pools has not reacted to the review, despite the fact that it was published here. Lack of accountability is a critical factor in determining trustworthiness. Our user(s) submitted the aforementioned evaluation and comments for Blue World Pools, which we have published as-is. We make no attempt to edit, modify, or delete user-generated material. There is no amount of money that can be paid to modify reviews or complaints, and we will not remove the Blue World Pools reviews at any cost.

Between the purchase date in May and the installation date in September, the customer service was atrocious. Constant deceptions and misunderstandings. When uncertainty began to surface, I documented and filmed numerous of the interactions we had with Blue World. I had recorded all of the fabrications, excuses, and missed installation dates (which were not our fault). We were forced to register a complaint with the Better Business Bureau owing to Blue World's refusal to respect verbal and written text commitments. Our pool was delivered AND built within a week only after the BBB contacted the CEO of Blue World and followed up on our end of the issue. We got many, and in response to Blue World's apologies, I demanded improvements. I would have awarded ONE star based on Blue World's inept customer support between May and September. I would have given our installation crew FIVE stars if I could. They were incredible! The two stars are in recognition of Blue World's written apologies to us through BBB, as well as their desire to remedy their own errors. We applaud their willingness to accept responsibility for the error and remedy it. We have no appreciation for the effort necessary to reach that place.
